Role Overview

The Tech Lead is responsible for designing and managing a streamlined, high-output internal Salesforce infrastructure, positioning internal operations as the primary launchpad and validator for the AgentOps evolution. This role requires a blend of technical excellence, strategic thinking, and a commitment to scalable, innovative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Infrastructure & Source Format Migration — Architect and lead the migration the customer base to Source Format, including engineering transition programs, provisioning rules, and tracking mechanisms that unlock AI cross-selling and support ATR retention goals.

  • Development & Application Implementation — Drive operational excellence through the continuous development of scalable Salesforce applications, prioritizing automated workflows, user-centric design, and high-quality engineering practices.

  • Technical Debt Reduction — Implement a structured process for identifying and resolving unused packages and legacy code that hinder the Source Format transition, delivering consistent improvements on an ongoing basis.

  • CPQ & AI-Powered Product Engineering — Design and develop backend logic for metered products within Salesforce CPQ to enable the sale of Agentia and consumption-based services, including launching the foundational architecture for the Agentia bundle (Paid.AI).

  • AI & Copado Adoption — Champion the use of AI and Copado AI tools across design, approach finalization, and code development, while driving internal adoption of Copado AI Agents and AgentOps capabilities.


Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce platform development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, metadata management).

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and metered/consumption-based product configuration.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Source Format (SFDX) and DevOps pipelines (Copado preferred).

  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and agentic frameworks.

Leadership & Process

  • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives end-to-end, from architecture through delivery.

  • Experience managing and resolving technical debt in large-scale Salesforce orgs.

  • Strong communication skills to align technical solutions with evolving business requirements.

  • Ability to adapt and pivot when business requirements change during the development lifecycle.

Certifications

  • Commitment to attaining at least 1 new Salesforce or Copado certification per quarter.

  • Agentforce Learning Track – Legend Badge (target).
