This individual leads solution architecture across complex DevOps engagements, integrates Copado AI into the core of the solution design process, and ensures that every deliverable is aligned with the organization's commitment to time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and solution maintainability.

Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery of Copado Labs engagements, ensuring solutions meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Define and enforce architectural best practices, coding standards, and solution governance frameworks.
Ensure custom solutions are built for long-term adoption, not just initial delivery — including "Day 2" support readiness and lifecycle ownership planning.
Partner with customers to deeply understand their unique needs and translate them into scalable platform solutions.

Stay current with emerging trends in agentic AI, DevOps automation, and the Salesforce/Copado ecosystem.

Mentor engineers and consultants, elevating the technical capability of the broader team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align custom solutions with platform direction.
8+ years of experience in software architecture, solution design, or senior engineering roles.
Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture (Apex, LWC, integrations, metadata management).
Proven experience with DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipeline design, preferably with Copado.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver AI-enhanced or automation-driven solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive and customer audiences.
Experience working within a Professional Services or Copado Labs delivery model.
Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and large language model (LLM) integration patterns.
Track record of driving customer adoption and measurable time-to-value improvements.
Experience defining "Day 2" support and lifecycle ownership processes for custom-engineered solutions.
