Brief summary of role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Salesforce Administrator & CPQ Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team within the Business Office. This hybrid role is ideal for an individual with 3+ years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.

You will be instrumental in developing custom CPQ solutions, providing essential Admin support, and managing the day-to-day health of our platform. This position is critical to freeing up the time of our Salesforce Product Owner & CPQ Admin, allowing them to focus on complex, strategic work.

Key Responsibilities:
● Implement and manage standard Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, assignment rules, and security profiles/permission sets.
● Design, build, and optimize business processes using Salesforce Flow (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows) and maintain legacy Process Builder/Workflow Rules.
● Manage user setup, profiles, roles, security settings, and licensing, ensuring appropriate access controls are maintained.
● Serve as the first point of contact for end-user support, troubleshoot issues, manage the user support queue, and train end-users on new features or processes.
● Assist with data loading, data cleansing, and ensuring data integrity across the platform using tools like Data Loader.
● Work closely with Business Analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective, balanced solutions (declarative vs. programmatic).
● Brainstorm and prototype new concepts and approaches quickly, turning prototypes into real time

● Work with the product owner and business analysts to meet the expectations of our internal stakeholders, while at the same time continuing to innovate
● Be a team player in a highly collaborative environment
● Quality — demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail at all times; look for ways to improve and promote quality; apply feedback to improve performance; monitor own work and ensure quality
● Quantity — meet productivity standards; complete work in a timely manner; strive and offer help when needed
● Dependability — follow instructions; respond to your team; take responsibility for your own actions; keep commitments; complete tasks on time or notify the appropriate person with an alternate plan
● Innovation — display original thinking and creativity; meet challenges with resourcefulness; generate suggestions for improving work; develop innovative approaches and ideas
● Teamwork — balance team and individual responsibilities; exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views; give and welcome feedback; contribute to building a positive team spirit; put success of team above own interests; support everyone's efforts to succeed

Required Qualifications & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
● 3+ years of professional development and/or administration experience within the Salesforce platform.
● Demonstrated proficiency in core Salesforce Administration tasks, including user management, security setup, reporting, and dashboard creation.
● Proven experience with CPQ configuration and functionality
● Strong, recent experience designing complex business processes using Salesforce Flow.
● Strong grasp of the Salesforce data model, security model, and experience with standard declarative automation tools.
● Active Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification is required or highly preferred. Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) is also highly preferred.
● Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment methodologies.
● Excellent problem-solving abilities, a customer service-oriented approach to support, and strong written/verbal communication.
