Renewals Manager

The Renewals Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the renewal process, from creating quotes to negotiating contracts to making certain that the customer has the right product mix to ensure success. The Renewals Manager works closely with internal stakeholders across Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure the customer renewal goals are achieved and that contracts are correct. The Renewals Manager will work with cross functional resources across sales and success teams to minimize churn and increase net revenue retention.

As the Renewals Manager a typical day will include:

  • Managing customers throughout the lifecycle
  • Owning renewal opportunities from quote to close
  • Creating quotes, order management, and reporting invoice requirements to Accounting
  • Negotiating uplift and pricing changes
  • Working with legal to ensure that contract terms are up to date
  • Ensuring no contract is expired
  • Collaborating with other departments to develop success strategies as required
  • Working with the account executive to identify expansion opportunities to increase Copado’s footprint at customer

This job is for you if:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience in Sales or Renewals with a SaaS product
  • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Have exceptional negotiation skills and attention to detail
