We are hiring a Product Marketing Director for Copado AI to define the narrative, drive GTM strategy, and position Copado as the undisputed leader in AI-powered DevOps for the Salesforce ecosystem.
This is a high-impact role shaping the future of Copado’s platform and category leadership — blending deep technical storytelling, GTM orchestration, and enterprise engagement.
Mission
To build, launch, and scale the Copado AI narrative — positioning the platform as the intelligence and automation engine behind every Copado product and enabling category leadership in Autonomous Agents, Intelligent DevOps, and Secure AI Automation.
Core Responsibilities
1. Messaging, Positioning & AI Narrative Development
Own the Copado AI story end-to-end — platform value, capabilities, and differentiation.
Develop messaging across all core pillars:
-Intelligent Agents to Autonomous Agents
-Explainable AI & Governance
-Intelligent Insights & Recommendations
-Security, Trust, and Compliance
Translate technical innovations (Agent Graph, Explainability Engine, AI-driven orchestration) into compelling business value for enterprise IT, architects, executives, and Salesforce leaders.
Build the AI-led narrative in alignment with the Intelligent DevOps Platform and AgentOps 360 vision.
2. GTM Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
Operates as a core member of the Copado AI GTM Squad, partnering daily with Product, Activation, Demand Gen, and Enablement.
Create the First Call Deck, Primer Deck, AI Value Playbook, and executive stories that elevate Copado’s platform position.
Partner with Market Activation to launch thought leadership, webinars, explainers, and AI showcases.
Translate AI messaging into pipeline impact through Demand Gen channels, campaigns, ABM, and digital activation.
3. Category Leadership & Ecosystem Influence
Define the Copado AI category narrative — showing how Copado powers Intelligent, Secure, and Autonomous DevOps.
Partner with Corporate Comms to drive PR, analyst relations, and executive visibility around AI and AgentOps.
Support alliances with Salesforce, AWS, and ISV partners by building joint positions, co-marketing kits, and platform showcases.
Evangelize the Copado AI story across enterprise customers, SI partners, analysts, and community audiences.
4. Enablement & AI Storytelling Across GTM Teams
Build unified enablement for Sales, SEs, CSMs, and Partners — ensuring every GTM team speaks a consistent AI narrative.
Create demo storylines, objection handling, use-case libraries, and persona-specific value maps.
Partner with Customer Activation to capture early-adopter stories, ROI frameworks, and AI-led success narratives.
5. Market Intelligence & Continuous Optimization
Track competitive AI trends across DevOps, testing, CI/CD, governance, and enterprise automation.
Analyze message resonance, content engagement, and adoption patterns to iterate strategically.
Provide the GTM squad with insights that shape roadmap prioritization and future AI investments.

Experience & Skills
6–10+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing (AI, DevOps, automation, or platforms preferred)
Proven success launching platform-level capabilities or technical product lines
Strong ability to translate complex AI innovation into simple, differentiated messaging
Deep understanding of enterprise buyer journeys, Salesforce ecosystem dynamics, and AI governance trends
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and narrative-building skills
Comfort working in fast-moving GTM squads and cross-functional leadership environments
Analytical mindset grounded in metrics, adoption, and real customer insights
