We are seeking a visionary Principal Product Manager to lead the roadmap and delivery of our AI-powered DevOps platform and agent ecosystem. This role bridges strategic vision and tactical execution—owning the end-to-end experience of our AI platform application, driving adoption of AI agents across the DevOps lifecycle, and advancing the maturity of our platform’s foundational and emerging capabilities.
As a key player on our product leadership team, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer success, and GTM teams to develop intelligent, scalable, and customer-centric solutions that shape the future of DevOps within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Vision & Roadmap: Define and communicate a bold vision for Copado’s AI DevOps platform, integrating agent-driven workflows and intelligent automation across the entire Salesforce SDLC.
Strategic Alignment: Align roadmap priorities with executive leadership, ensuring AI initiatives support business goals, platform scalability, and customer success.
Innovation Leadership: Leverage emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, agent frameworks, AI observability, ML pipelines) to ensure Copado remains a pioneer in AI-powered DevOps.
AI Agent Lifecycle: Own the roadmap and execution of AI agents—from onboarding and lifecycle management to in-product assistive and autonomous workflows.
Modular Platform Development: Drive alignment with architects and engineering leaders to deliver scalable, composable architecture that supports a wide range of DevOps use cases and platform integrations.
Agile Execution: Guide teams on agile practices and product execution frameworks to deliver high-quality releases with speed and iteration with customer trust at the center.
Data-Driven Decisions: Define and track KPIs to measure platform adoption, agent engagement, and business impact.
Customer-Centric Development: guide teams to translate customer pain points into prioritized product capabilities.
Lifecycle Oversight: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered products—from discovery and development to validation, rollout, and continuous improvement.
Risk Management: Evaluate trade-offs between technical complexity, customer impact, and business value to make pragmatic, forward-looking product decisions.
Trusted AI Experiences: Collaborate with UX and research teams to create intuitive, transparent, and confidence-inspiring AI interactions within the Copado platform.
Embedded Workflows: Drive agent adoption by embedding intelligent assistance into developer, tester, and release manager workflows.
Enablement & Support: Equip internal teams and partners with training, documentation, and guidance to ensure scalable product support and self-service success.
GTM Collaboration: Align with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to support go-to-market planning, value messaging, and customer education around AI capabilities.
Thought Leadership: Represent Copado’s AI strategy in customer meetings, industry events, and community forums to position the company as a DevOps AI leader. Act as a thought partner to executive leadership to shape Copado’s AI product frameworks, mentoring PMs, and driving AI-native practices across the product organization.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive and industry trends across AI, DevOps, and Salesforce ecosystems to inform strategic positioning and innovation priorities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3–5 years in platform, AI/ML, or developer tools.
Proven success in delivering enterprise SaaS products at scale, preferably in DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud-native environments.
Deep understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks and observability), with a track record of building intelligent platforms or applications.
Expertise guiding product execution and leveraging frameworks for product development.
Strong analytical and storytelling skills; ability to build business cases, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic alignment.
Experience with product-led growth (PLG), ai-native adoption strategies, usage-based monetization, or FedRAMP is a plus.
