Brief Summary of Role
The People Operations and Systems Specialist plays a critical role in executing and enhancing
our People Operations processes and systems. This individual will be responsible for managing
day-to-day HR transactions, ensuring data integrity, supporting administrative payroll processes,
optimizing our HRIS (Factorial), and supporting cross-functional initiatives that improve the
employee experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Own and maintain accurate employee data in Factorial, our HRIS
● Partner with People Business Partners to support employee lifecycle transactions
including onboarding, off-boarding, promotions, compensation changes, and org updates
● Provide administrative payroll support, including data collection, validation, and
coordination with Finance and Total Rewards
● Serve as the go-to support for Factorial-related inquiries and troubleshoot system issues
in collaboration with the vendor as needed
● Ensure high data quality through routine audits and process improvements
● Support the implementation of system enhancements and new tools that integrate with
Factorial
● Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and provide analytics to support People Ops
and leadership decision-making
● Document and streamline People Ops processes to enhance compliance, efficiency, and
scalability
● Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure
data and workflow alignment
● Provide support for global compliance, benefits tracking, and policy documentation within
the system
