Brief Summary of Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical People Operations Analyst to support our People Operations team in optimizing processes, systems, and data management. This role will play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and supporting global HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about leveraging data and process improvements to enhance the employee experience.


What You’ll Be Doing

HR Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain and optimize HR systems (Factorial, 15 Five and other platforms) to ensure accurate and efficient data processing.
  • Manage employee data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and security across all HR platforms.
  • Support integrations between HR systems and other internal tools to streamline operations.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards related to headcount, turnover, compensation, and other key HR metrics.
  • Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing reports for leadership and external stakeholders as needed.

Operational Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the People Operations function.
  • Support automation efforts and improve workflows across HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance tracking.
  • Ensure HR processes align with global compliance and best practices.

Employee Experience & Support

  • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other People Team members to enhance employee experience and engagement.
  • Support the administration of HR policies and ensure alignment across regions.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation to ensure compliance with regional labor laws and company standards.
  • Assist in audits, risk assessments, and policy updates as needed.


We Are Looking for Someone With

  • 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Analytics, or HR Systems Administration in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data reporting and dashboard creation (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Factorial preferred) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices across different regions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HR process automation and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Prior experience in tech, SaaS, or high-growth startup environments.
