This is not a purely strategic or policy-driven role—it is designed for someone who can operate in the business, coach leaders in real time, and manage complex employee relations, compliance, and operational matters across multiple countries.

Success in this role requires strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to operate across geographies, legal frameworks, and cultural contexts while balancing business needs with employee experience.

  • Identify patterns in leadership effectiveness and proactively address gaps

Regional Operations, Payroll & Benefits

  • Partner closely with Payroll and People Operations to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution across EMEA

  • Oversee and support regional benefits and perks, ensuring alignment with local market practices

  • Identify and resolve operational gaps across payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes

  • Ensure a seamless employee experience across onboarding, changes, and offboarding

Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Own engagement execution across EMEA, including survey rollout, action planning, and follow-through

  • Partner with leaders to translate feedback into tangible improvements in team experience and retention

  • Continuously evaluate impact and adjust based on data and outcomes

Program & Project Management

  • Own regional people initiatives end to end, including planning, execution, communication, and measurement

  • Create structure, timelines, and accountability across stakeholders

  • Simplify and improve people processes to reduce friction and increase adoption

We are looking for someone with:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in people partnering, employee relations, or regional HR roles

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience across multiple EMEA countries
