Own engagement execution across EMEA, including survey rollout, action planning, and follow-through
Partner with leaders to translate feedback into tangible improvements in team experience and retention
Continuously evaluate impact and adjust based on data and outcomes
Own regional people initiatives end to end, including planning, execution, communication, and measurement
Create structure, timelines, and accountability across stakeholders
Simplify and improve people processes to reduce friction and increase adoption
