Overview

As a Partner Success Architect (PSA) at Copado, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic enabler for our partner ecosystem. You will play a critical role in ensuring successful solution delivery, driving post-onboarding engagement, and scaling Copado implementation across key partners. PSAs work at the intersection of product, enablement, and services, helping partners build confidence, capability, and customer success with Copado.

Responsibilities

  • Enable Partner Success: Support partners during and after onboarding to ensure they are well-equipped to deliver value using Copado’s platform and methodologies.
  • Act as Strategic Advisor: Serve as a technical and strategic liaison between Copado and our partners, providing best practices, guidance, and architectural direction across DevOps engagements.
  • Drive Post-Onboarding Engagement: Maintain ongoing relationships with key partners to ensure continued alignment with Copado's roadmap, partner certification progress, and solution adoption.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise TAMs and Services: Partner closely with Technical Account Managers, Professional Services, and the Product team to ensure a unified experience and delivery consistency.
  • Identify and Resolve Delivery Risks: Proactively detect potential challenges in partner-led projects and help mitigate risks through guidance, tooling, or engagement with internal teams.
  • Bridge Feedback Loops: Collect and synthesize feedback from partner implementations and surface insights to product and engineering to influence roadmap and improvements.
  • Promote Best Practices: Champion DevOps maturity within partner organizations through workshops, enablement sessions, and reviews of pipelines, branching strategies, and governance models.
