Position Overview:

The Global Total Rewards Consultant will support and execute critical Total Rewards programs across EMEA, APAC, and the U.S. This role will work closely with regional People leaders, vendors, and internal partners to deliver on a wide range of compensation and benefits initiatives—from policy management and system support to market benchmarking and compensation cycle execution. The ideal candidate has a global mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for compensation strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead and manage regional time-off policy development and implementation across EMEA, APAC, and the U.S.


Provide ongoing HR system and payroll support, ensuring accurate data flow, integrity, and compliance across all supported regions


Partner with People Experience Business Partners and Finance to support compensation cycles (merit, bonus, retention, and spot awards) and act as an approver for off-cycle payments


Conduct market benchmarking analysis using tools like Mercer, Sequoia Insights, and WTW, ensuring Copado remains competitive and aligned with our compensation philosophy and growth goals


Regularly review internal equity to support fair and consistent pay practices across functions and geographies


Support the completion and submission of global salary surveys and compensation reports


Collaborate cross-functionally on the development, execution, and communication of annual and mid-year compensation cycles, including planning, calibration, and approvals


Help refine and administer compensation standards and policies, ensuring consistency and compliance globally


Partner with People Operations to ensure a smooth end-of-month (EOM) close process with Finance


Support vendor relationships related to benefits, payroll, and compensation administration in EMEA, APAC, and the U.S.


Document and improve Total Rewards processes, systems, and training for internal stakeholders


Collaborate with People Partners and Leadership to support Total Rewards-related change management and education

Qualifications:


5–7 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR Operations, preferably in a high-growth or global environment


Strong understanding of compensation cycles, market analysis, and internal equity evaluation


Experience supporting Total Rewards programs across multiple regions, including the U.S., EMEA, and APAC


Experience working with global compensation data, salary survey submissions, and benchmarking tools


Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Factorial or equivalent); experience with data validation and reporting


Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills


High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects across regions and time zones


Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion


Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills


Prior exposure to payroll or benefits practices in EMEA, APAC, or U.S. is a plus
