Role Overview

As the Global Partner Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone for our global Alliances and partner ecosystem. You’ll play a strategic and tactical role in aligning internal systems and teams with go-to-market partners, including Salesforce and top global System Integrators. This role will focus on optimizing operations, delivering insights, driving accountability, and enabling scalable growth through partner channels.




Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

  • Define and improve end-to-end business processes involving Salesforce, System Integrators, and other partners to ensure scalability, compliance, and performance.
    Serve as the operational owner for Salesforce PnR (Percent of Net Revenue) processes, including monthly submission, audit readiness, and collaboration with Salesforce’s partner operations team.

Partner Enablement & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with partners to understand joint goals and align internal workflows to support shared success.
  • Act as the point of contact between the Alliances team and cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing) to coordinate partner activities and ensure smooth execution.

Reporting, Analytics & Insights

  • Create and manage dashboards and reports to track key metrics across pipeline, bookings, partner-sourced revenue, and partner performance.
  • Support the ongoing measurement of partner efficacy, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate partnership effectiveness and operational health.

Incentive Compensation & Contract Oversight

  • Support the Alliances incentive compensation process, including validation of quotas, performance tracking, and payout calculations.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to manage partner contracts, track key terms, and ensure compliance with agreement obligations.

Partner Portal & Technical Enablement

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a partner portal to centralize resources, improve communication, and drive partner engagement.
  • Develop training resources and best practices to enable internal and external users on portal functionality and partner programs.

Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks that impact the partner experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback and analyzing process effectiveness.




Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, or strategic alliances in a high-growth B2B tech environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM; experience with partner portals or PRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce ISV business models, including PnR processes.
  • Experience with partner incentive structures and MDF (Market Development Funds) management.
  • Understanding of contract management and operational compliance best practices.
