This leader will pioneer our use of autonomous marketing agents and cutting-edge digital technologies to deliver hyper-personalized content at scale.

Role Overview
This position will be an integral part of Copado’s global demand generation engine while also leading the digital content strategy that powers those campaigns.

This role is accountable for:

  • Pipeline generation and signal-based demand performance

  • Integrated campaign orchestration (human and AI-in-the-loop)

  • AI-driven digital content delivery and dynamic storytelling

  • AI Trust & Ethics: Ensuring all autonomous agents and generated content operate securely, transparently, and protect brand integrity

  • Website campaign, solution content, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

  • PR and social agency alignment with campaigns

Demand generation and pipeline acceleration are the primary mandate, while the role also necessitates building and maintaining clear, consistent, and market-relevant content to support KPIs.

Core Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Pipeline Acceleration-Define and execute the marketing demand strategy, aligned to company growth goals, ICPs, and GTM priorities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Architect integrated demand programs across:

    • Cutting-edge digital marketing & dynamic web experiences

    • Signal-based marketing and real-time intent triggers

    • Autonomous AI agent outbound/inbound workflows

  • Design multi-channel campaign journeys that use AI to adapt to ICP segments in real-time.

  • Optimize programs that move accounts from signal → autonomous engagement → opportunity.

  • Drive pipeline velocity improvements across the funnel.

  • Partner with sales leadership to align campaigns with pipeline priorities. This role is accountable for pipeline contribution, conversion improvement, and overall pipeline influence.

Integrated Campaign Leadership-Lead the planning and orchestration of cross-functional campaigns tied to major GTM initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Define quarterly campaign themes aligned with product launches and revenue goals.

  • Ensure messaging and content support full-funnel buyer journeys.

  • Coordinate integrated campaign execution across marketing functions and establish workback schedules for launches and major initiatives.

Campaign Content & Digital Storytelling Ensure campaigns are supported by highly relevant, dynamically generated digital content.

Responsibilities include:

  • Architect an AI-first content engine: Leverage autonomous agents and GenAI tools to rapidly draft, test, and scale campaign messaging, landing pages, and content assets.

  • Lead next-gen search strategies: Shift traditional SEO strategies toward AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to ensure Copado dominates AI-driven search platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini).

  • Drive cross-functional alignment: Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into campaign narratives that can be executed by both human teams and AI marketing agents.

  • Ensure brand safety: Implement governance and prompt frameworks to ensure all AI-generated campaign content strictly aligns with Copado’s corporate narrative and brand voice.

Marketing Operations & Campaign Governance Ensure strong operational structure supporting demand programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain campaign hierarchy and reporting discipline, aligning with Salesforce campaign architecture.

  • Ensure accurate attribution and funnel visibility.

  • Govern the AI Tech Stack: Oversee the integration of autonomous agents and AI content tools into the broader Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring clear attribution and data hygiene.

Own and manage Copado’s global social media strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with campaign themes, product launches, PR, and demand generation programs.

  • Oversee organic and paid social performance, content calendar, and social engagement strategy.

  • Integrate AI tools and automation into social content creation, publishing, and performance optimization.

  • Architect a unified social strategy that ties together organic social engagement with paid social messaging. Leverage AI to identify high-performing organic content and dynamically scale those messages into targeted, personalized paid ad variants across social channels.

  • Drive a video-first social content strategy, utilizing AI-assisted video production tools to rapidly generate and test short-form video content that aligns with overarching campaign themes.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS Growth Marketing, with recent, hands-on experience deploying AI marketing tools, autonomous agents, or LLM-driven content workflows.

  • Deep expertise in account-based marketing, intent-driven demand, and signal-based marketing (e.g., using tools like 6sense, Clay, or interactive digital ecosystems to trigger automated plays).

  • Strong understanding of modern search dynamics (AEO/GEO) and how to optimize digital content for AI consumption.

  • Proven success driving pipeline generation, integrated multi-channel campaigns, and revenue impact.

  • Experience working with PR agencies or communications partners.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem, DevOps, or developer markets preferred.

  • Ability to collaborate across product, marketing, and sales leadership.

Success Metrics (First 12 Months)

  • Increase content velocity and output through the successful deployment of marketing agents.

  • Improve signal-to-opportunity (and MQL-to-Opportunity) conversion rates via automated, AI-driven outreach.

  • Improve marketing-sourced pipeline contribution and pipeline generated from integrated campaigns.

  • Reduce Lead-to-Opportunity cycle time.

  • Improve engagement and conversion on campaign landing pages.

  • Establish a repeatable global campaign framework.
