Develop and execute a content strategy that strengthens Copado’s community presence across all digital channels.
Create community stories, newsletters, blogs, case studies, and success spotlights.
Write content for campaigns, events, webinars, learning journeys, and announcements (including portal relaunch).
Script and support production of “Copado Voices” podcast/video series.
Own and manage Copado Community social handles (LinkedIn, X, Instagram if launched).
Create posters, graphics, social cards, and promotional materials for events and programs.
Increase digital reach, engagement, and retention with consistent posting and content planning.
Track and report on digital KPIs such as impressions, engagement, reach, and conversions.
Support storytelling for Copado Champions including spotlights, interviews, and case studies.
Manage Champion-driven content contributions like blogs, videos, workshops, and technical articles.
Collaborate with Champions to highlight their learning journeys, customer outcomes, and community impact.
Maintain advocacy metrics dashboards to measure influence and visibility.
Partner with the Program Manager to create content kits, slide decks, and marketing collateral for meetups, hackathons, tours, and events.
Support Journey to Copado with structured learning content, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and storytelling across all community campaigns.
Create UI/UX-aligned content for the reimagined Copado Community Portal.
Develop onboarding content, user journeys, and promotional assets for the portal’s grand relaunch.
Collaborate with internal UX, product, and marketing teams for launch readiness.
2-3 years experience in content strategy, digital marketing, community marketing, or advocacy roles.
Exceptional storytelling, writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong design capabilities (Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools preferred).
Experience managing social media handles and growing digital communities.
Understanding of developer, Salesforce, or SaaS ecosystems is a strong plus.
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, enablement, and leadership teams.
Comfortable managing video scripts, podcasts, blogs, and multi-format content.
