Brief Summary of Role

We are looking for an exceptional BDR Manager to lead and grow an in-office team of BDRs. The BDR Manager will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, ongoing training, and ensuring the BDR team is successful. This team will include both inbound and outbound focused reps. The BDR manager will be expected to work a hybrid schedule, with 4 days a week in office.


What You’ll Be Doing

● Track and be accountable for overall team productivity

● Hire, onboard and build a team of top performing business development reps

● Coach, support and train your team in sales methodologies to improve qualification processes

● Work with your team to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales pitches

● Inspire, lead and create a positive and high performance culture and sales environment

● Own your teams metrics & performance, ensuring accurate data is recorded on Salesforce and

report upwards as appropriate

● Develop Reps into sales-ready candidates for future Account Executive positions

● Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency,

Productivity


We Are Looking for Someone With

The successful BDR/Inside Sales Manager will naturally have a proven aptitude for sales and high performance cultures and will most likely bring the following skills/experience:

● 2 years of experience leading a fast-paced inside sales team of SDRs, BDRs, ADRs, Inside Sales

execs or similar

● Account Executive Experience, BDR

● Experience in an entrepreneurial environment; someone who is unafraid to build the playbook as

they go, roll up their sleeves, and execute through change

● Experience working for a growth SaaS business selling to SMB and mid-market customers would

be beneficial

● Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment

● You are an advocate for numbers and metrics in managing a sales team and can intelligently

identify areas for improvement

● Ability to inspire trust and confidence in order to coach and develop your team

● Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills

● Passionate about delivering excellence and excited by the challenge of working for a business with

ambitious growth targets


Nice to Have

● Experience with Inside sales within the Salesforce ecosystem
