Copado is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist / Commissions professional to support accurate customer billing and sales commission processing. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and Operations and plays a critical part in ensuring revenue accuracy, transparency, and trust across the organization.
Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in Netsuite accurately and on time\in Netsuite
Reconcile billing data with contracts, Salesforce, and ERP systems
Support month-end close activities related to billing and revenue
Calculate and process sales commissions in accordance with compensation plans on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Maintain commission records and ensure accuracy across systems. This includes validating new hires, terminations, and any promotions
Partner with Sales Operations and Finance to validate any unique deal specifics and payouts
Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, RevOps, and Accounting teams and provide essential support during month-end close
Help document and improve billing and commission processes
Support system enhancements and automation initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
