Copado is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist / Collections professional to support accurate customer billing and sales commission processing. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and Operations and plays a critical part in ensuring revenue accuracy, transparency, and trust across the organization.
Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in Netsuite accurately and on time\in Netsuite
Reconcile billing data with contracts, Salesforce, and ERP systems
Support month-end close activities related to billing and revenue
Onboarding customer
Contact customers on past due invoices
Partner with Sales to reduce DSO and DSO Late.
Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, RevOps, and Accounting teams and provide essential support during month-end close
Help document and improve billing and commission processes
Support system enhancements and automation initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
2–5 years of experience in billing, commissions, or accounting operations
Prior Experience in SaaS, subscription-based, or technology companies preferred and use of ERP systems such as Netsuite, CaptivateIQ.
Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
Experience with Salesforce and billing/commission tools is a plus
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
